Face, groin and neck are unsafe targets and blows to these areas will not be allowed.
 A sports or martial arts box for groin protection is advised.

 Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times
 No barefooted combatants

 All combatants will bring with them a sense of honour and fair play - and the Will to Win,

 not just the thought of putting down that upstart role-player,
 of beating that ever-so correct re-enactor,
 or ousting that annoying, over hyped movie stuntman.

 Respect for all forms of combat and its exponents should be rightly accorded.
